FAQ

1. Do you take my insurance?

We are currently in-network with VSP, Spectera (United Healthcare), Davis Vision, Superior Vision, Always Care and Eyemed (Insight network) vision insurance. 

2. Where are you located?

We are located inside Walmart Vision Center in Gilbert, Arizona on the corner of Power and Ray. We are located at the front of the store, right next to the Pharmacy (North side) entrance. As soon as you enter, hang a left and we should be right there!

3. Do you take walk-ins?

Yes! We take walk-ins when available on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. 

4. How long is the appointment?

20-30 minutes including check-in time.

5. Are you going to dilate my eyes?

Typically, no. Unless you are coming in for a diabetic eye exam or having specific issues that warrant further investigation, such as new flashes and/or floaters in your vision. 

6. How do I order glasses and/or contact lenses?

You will receive a prescription for glasses and/or contact lenses at the end of your exam. You may take it anywhere you prefer to be filled, or you can use your vision insurance materials benefit at Walmart Vision Center to purchase glasses and/or contacts through Walmart.
